Two of us arrived around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Parking was available close to the door. The place was nearly full, but we walked in and were seated immediately. The place is casual and family friendly, and the tables were not too close together, and it wasn't too noisy. As soon as we were seated, they took our order for drinks. Within a couple of minutes, we placed our food order, and our server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Prices are about average, the food was very good, and the portions were generous. We had a very satisfying experience there, and we will definitely go to Ellie's again.

Awesome breakfast place I’ve been here 29 years been driving by all the time never went there this morning. I tried their Krizo sausage with two eggs and toast with coffee and it was 895. I thought it would’ve been 15. The food is great. The prices are very reasonable, and the people are very friendly

I just love this little mom and pop place. The staff is always friendly and quick to make a suggestion if you need one. The bacon burger and Greek omelette were cooked perfectly, with good portions. Definitely recommended!

Visited for the 1st time yesterday and had a wonderful lunch! There was basically no wait around 1pm and our waiter greeted us probably within 1-2 minutes of our group of 3 being seated. The service was fantastic from our first interaction. Breakfast is available all day but be sure to check the daily specials. I had the steak special and have no regrets! The service from Georgia was just excellent! I would certainly recommend giving this family owned restaurant a try!

Definitely.Recommend coming here for a good breakfast brunch/ lunch. We were immediately helped to a table once we walked in although, it is self seating. A gentleman, asked how many people for our table and guided us there. We place our order with the sweetest server ever and our food was out on the table shortly. The cornbeef hash, grits and eggs was delicious My husband had Philly cheese steak with a side of fries and its definitely the best Philly steak ive been able to get in the city. I definitely recommend checking out Ellie's . I forgot to take a picture before I started eating, but the portion sizes are so big.I was able to get a picture of our leftovers.

I finally got to stop in and eat breakfast at Ellie’s Breakfast & lunch in Westchase the other day. I drive past it all the time, but haven’t ever stopped. Great little spot with plenty of parking and good people. It was super packed when we came in. And today was “seat yourself” we found a table immediately and greeted by Georgia(she said like the state, I said like the country) Vibes were chill and the service was amazing. We ordered kids pancakes, two egg breakfast platter and French toast with bacon. Now they don’t service specialty coffee, but Georgia brought me a glass of their ice coffee with some brown sugar, milk and French vanilla syrup and boom. Amazing combination. We will definitely be back and glad I got to support a local spot.
